I required the leading edge bladder for the kite and it was not in stock. The guys told me that once it is replenished, they will be back to me. Unlike some of others, lonasport crew sent me an email in a week, stating that the bladder is in stock. I ended buying the bladder and...an almost new kite (it was demoed I guess) at a great price!!! Great service, great altitude, great price! RE5PECT :D Thanks!
