Order processing
Normally we process every order at the same workday we receive it. We always try to sent you your order as soon as possible. If we have an exact date for delivery, we'll contact you and inform you about this.
Because of our large product range, we can't have all products in stock at one time. In this case we are dependent on our manufacturers and importers. If they also can not deliver a requested item in a short time, we'll contact you to find an acceptable solution. If the expected delivery time would be too long or if we can't find any suitable alternative, you have the right to cancel your order.
Right of return
In the event that the Buyer does not like the goods he receives, he shall be entitled to return unused goods in their original packing to LONASPORT GmbH, Pillmannstraße 35, D-38112 Brunswick within 14 days of receipt.
Goods which have been used or worn and specially made goods as well as unsealed audio recordings, video recordings and data carriers of computer software cannot be returned.
The costs of return shall be borne by LONASPORT GmbH if the goods are worth more than EUR 40.00. If the value of the returned goods is less than EUR 40.00 and if the delivered goods are the same as those goods ordered, the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
