Cancellation right
You may cancel your contractual statement or order within two weeks in writing, i.e. by letter, fax message or e-mail or by returning the thing without having to state your reasons for doing so. The two-week period will not begin earlier than the point in time at which you have been notified in writing of these cancellation rights and not however, before the day on which you receive the goods at the earliest. When calculating the period, the day on which you are notified of your cancellation rights in writing or the day on which you receive the goods shall not be included. It shall suffice that the notice of cancellation or thing has been sent to us in time to satisfy compliance with the cancellation period. Notice of cancellation is to be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation
In the event that cancellation is valid, the performances received by both parties are to be returned and benefits, e.g., interest, if there is any, is to be handed over. If you are unable to return part or all of the performance you have received or are only able to return the thing in an inferior condition, you will, given this, have to render us compensation for the loss in value. If you hand over the thing to us this shall not apply if the deterioration of the thing is attributable solely to it being examined, as for example you would have been able to do in a shop. Moreover, you may avoid having an obligation to render compensation by not using the thing as your property and by refraining from doing anything detrimental to its value. Things which may be dispatched in parcels are to be sent back to us. You shall have to bear the costs of returning the thing if the delivered things are the same as those goods ordered and if the price of the thing to be returned does not exceed 40 Euro. Likewise, if the price of the thing is higher than 40 Euro and at the point in time of cancellation you have still not yet rendered a counter-performance or paid part of the price as agreed in the contract you shall have to bear the cost of returning the thing to us. Otherwise you will not be charged for the cost of returning the thing to us. Things which cannot be returned by parcel will be collected from you. You will have to fulfil your obligation to refund payments within 30 days of sending in your statement of cancellation.
