Delivery Charges and VAT

Delivery charges and sales tax are automatically calculated by our program. They depend on the following information:

• the country that the order is to be delivered in
• the largest or heaviest item in the shopping cart  
• the total value of the order, since for orders above a certain value delivery is free

If you want to know exactly how much the delivery charge for your order is or whether the delivery is free please prepare your shopping cart then register without obligation to buy. This is because the country of delivery is only fixed after registration. Now you can see exactly which delivery charges apply.

Customs duties for countries outside of the EU are NOT calculated by our program or charged by us. These depend on the respective country of delivery and the goods class of the articles and are imposed by the responsible importer or the authority directly. If necessary please find out about the regulations in your country before importing anything through us.
