The AXIS Foil Plate mount is made with high grade Aluminium, 3d CNCed and anodized. This is not your off the shelf plate mount. This is a beautifully engineered and very stiff piece, designed to hold the mast of your foil tightly and strongly. Multiple holes give you flexibility with positioning on your foil board. And the sliding endings, let you remove the plate by just loosening the screws, w/out having to fully unscrew the M8 bolts from your board.As with all of our products, this plate is Designed in New Zealand.

Our new high-strength pre-preg carbon fuselage is strong, durable and corrosion resistant, and weighs ~50% less than the alloy version, with equal strength and stiffness. The shorter length C600 Fuselage improves pumpability and has a sporty feel with earlier take-offs. The forgiving longer C700 fuselage is ideal for wing-foiling or learning to foil, offering greater stability and more control. Carbon 35 Masts 75 cm, 85 cm, 95 cm, 105 cm The new Naish C35 monocoque composite mast with its integral molded base features 35% UD carbon content and strikes the perfect balance of technology and performance at a great price. Weight is kept to a minimum thanks to a dual expanding foam core, and the smaller profile (shared with the C100 mast) reduces drag dramatically. Corrosion issues are completely eliminated thanks to (2) 12 mm stainless steel inserts laminated into the mast structure and paired with our molded fuselage connector that acts as a corrosion barrier.

WING / PRONE / KITE / PUMP / DOWNWIND / SUP / WIND Aufbauend auf dem positiven Feedback, das wir für unsere 60cm Alu 3BS Fuselage erhalten haben, haben wir beschlossen, diese Verbesserungen auf unsere längeren Fuselages auszudehnen. Wir haben jetzt 66 cm und 74 cm AL 3BS Fuselages, die unsere früheren Carbon-Fuselages mit 68 und 78 cm ersetzen. Die Umstellung auf Aluminium ermöglicht es uns, den Querschnitt der Fuselage zu reduzieren und dadurch den durch die Fuselage erzeugten Widerstand zu verringern. Gleichzeitig erhöhen wir die Festigkeit und das Gewicht nur um 2,5%. Alle unsere AL 3BS-Fuselagens verfügen über eine kleine Vertiefung hinten, in die der Stabilisator eintaucht und die Hydrodynamik verbessert. Sie haben große Aussparungen, wo die Befestigung des Frontflügels ist, um das Gewicht auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Natürlich erfordern die neuen Aluminium-Fuselages etwas mehr Pflege und müssen nach jedem Gebrauch demontiert und mit Süßwasser gespült werden, aber wir glauben, dass der Gewinn an Leistung es wert ist!  

ALU MAST 45 > 95 CM The F-ONE aluminium mast can be used for all disciplines, kite, surf, stand up paddle, wing foil and windsurf. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminium block. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm). A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).

The TITAN mast foot is the connecting part that makes the F-ONE aluminum masts compatible with all TITAN fuselages and wings. It is made of superior-grade aluminum 6061, CNC machined with high precision and fully anodized. To install the TITAN mast foot, it should be inserted into the bottom end of the aluminum mast and fastened with two M6x25mm tapered head screws.

Our new V-STRAPS have been specifically designed for foilboards. The shape and material have been selected to bring maximum comfort and support while riding. Both straps have a thin layer of neo-fleece material on the inside that will bring extra comfort and softness. The F-ONE aluminum mast can be connected to the board with several options. Choose from a 4-bolt top plate, a standard Tuttle head, a KF or a DKF head. All versions are fastened to the mast through a sleeve and a two-bolt system. The Mast Top parts are machined out of solid blocks of 6061 aluminum. The accuracy of the CNC makes sure the geometry of the connection is perfect. Stainless steel inserts are used systematically to preserve the durability of the fastening connections. The Top Plate has become standard on the market and is compatible with any board featuring a Twin-Tracks system. The spacing we use for the four screws is 160×90 mm, but our latest version also features an option for 165×90 mm. The Top Tuttle makes F-ONE foils compatible with all Tuttle boards. The Tuttle format is the original and standard one. A flange has been added around the base of the head to better spread the load through the structure of the board. The KF and DKF heads make current F-ONE foils compatible with kite or SUP foil boards produced previously with these boxes. ALLROUND (FREERIDE / FREESTYLE / FREESURF / PRONE / WIND) Der Aero Free ist unser Alleskönner. Unsere drei neuen größeren Größen 1500, 1750 und 2000 sind die perfekten Wings für Einsteiger und Aufsteiger. Ihre stabilen Flugeigenschaften, der frühe Lift und die enorme Endgeschwindigkeit machen sie zu den idealen Wings für schnellen Fortschritt. Die drei kleineren Größen 800, 1000 und 1250 sind bereits seit einem Jahr auf dem Markt und haben sich als leistungsstarke Allrounder etabliert. Der Aero Free liegt in Bezug auf Gleitleistung und Manöverfähigkeit genau in der Mitte unserer neuen Glide und Carve 2.0 Reihe. Er hat eine etwas höhere Aspect Ratio als der Carve 2.0, aber ein anderes Profil und eine andere Outline, die eher auf eine gute Mischung aus Manövrierbarkeit, Gleiten, Pumpen und allgemeiner Benutzerfreundlichkeit abzielt. Der Aero Free deckt alle Disziplinen ab: Wing, Prone, SUP und Windsurf Foiling. Der Name verrät es bereits, dieser Wing ist nicht an eine bestimmte Disziplin gebunden, er fühlt sich bei sämtlichen Bedingungen und Könnensstufen wohl - egal ob Freeride, Freestyle, Freerace, Surf oder Downwind. Mit einem Aspektverhältnis zwischen 6.0 für das größere 2000er und 7.3 für das kleine 800cm2 sind diese Front Wings genau richtig, um die Grundlagen zu erlernen und dein Foil-Können in einer Vielzahl von Bedingungen zu beschleunigen - vom Flachwasser-Cruisen bis hin zu Sprüngen und Foilen in den Wellen. Mit seiner verspielten Outline und seinem widerstandsarmen Profil fühlt er sich aufregend und schnell an, bietet aber dennoch viel Leichtigkeit und Kontrolle. Es gibt eigentlich keine Bedingungen, in denen sich dieser Wing nicht zu Hause fühlt!   Stabilizer C Unsere Stabilizer C haben sich in den letzten Jahren in Kombination mit sämtlichen Front Wings bestens bewährt. Sie sind das, was man als "traditionell" bezeichnen würde mit einer mittleren Aspect Ratio, flach in der Mitte und ein subtiles Winglet zu den Wing Tips hin.
