Carbon 35 Masts 75 cm, 85 cm, 95 cm, 105 cm The new Naish C35 monocoque composite mast with its integral molded base features 35% UD carbon content and strikes the perfect balance of technology and performance at a great price. Weight is kept to a minimum thanks to a dual expanding foam core, and the smaller profile (shared with the C100 mast) reduces drag dramatically. Corrosion issues are completely eliminated thanks to (2) 12 mm stainless steel inserts laminated into the mast structure and paired with our molded fuselage connector that acts as a corrosion barrier.
The AXIS Foil Plate mount is made with high grade Aluminium, 3d CNCed and anodized. This is not your off the shelf plate mount. This is a beautifully engineered and very stiff piece, designed to hold the mast of your foil tightly and strongly. Multiple holes give you flexibility with positioning on your foil board. And the sliding endings, let you remove the plate by just loosening the screws, w/out having to fully unscrew the M8 bolts from your board.As with all of our products, this plate is Designed in New Zealand.

ALU MAST 45 > 95 CM The F-ONE aluminium mast can be used for all disciplines, kite, surf, stand up paddle, wing foil and windsurf. The profile is extruded with precision from 6063 aluminium block. The shape of its section benefits from our years of experience in kitefoiling to provide the best gliding feel while keeping the strength up and the weight down. It comes with two stainless steel helicoil inserts at the bottom and at the top to fasten the connecting parts and is therefore fully modular. The aluminium mast can be used on every foil of the range and it is very easy to jump from one length to another (45 / 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 cm). A number of parts are available for board connection (Plate, KF, Deep KF, Tuttle).
WING / PRONE / KITE / PUMP / DOWNWIND / SUP / WIND Aufbauend auf dem positiven Feedback, das wir für unsere 60cm Alu 3BS Fuselage erhalten haben, haben wir beschlossen, diese Verbesserungen auf unsere längeren Fuselages auszudehnen. Die Umstellung auf Aluminium ermöglicht es uns, den Querschnitt der Fuselage zu reduzieren und dadurch den durch die Fuselage erzeugten Widerstand zu verringern. Gleichzeitig erhöhen wir die Festigkeit und das Gewicht nur um 2,5%. Alle unsere AL 3BS-Fuselagens verfügen über eine kleine Vertiefung hinten, in die der Stabilisator eintaucht und die Hydrodynamik verbessert. Sie haben große Aussparungen, wo die Befestigung des Frontflügels ist, um das Gewicht auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Natürlich erfordern die neuen Aluminium-Fuselages etwas mehr Pflege und müssen nach jedem Gebrauch demontiert und mit Süßwasser gespült werden, aber wir glauben, dass der Gewinn an Leistung es wert ist!
Flat, loose and even faster, the new S178 Stabilizer is a high-speed upgrade to the Sonar Foil System for experienced riders. We recommend pairing the S178 with Front Wing size HA950, or smaller. Designed for our entire foil line, the AXIS masts are stiff, strong, and ready for any use and conditions. We designed our masts for 2021 to give our foilers a very direct feeling to their foil which is critical for foiling. We even sourced our own high quality aluminium and bought tons of it, to ensure we only have the highest quality raw materials for our foils. Our masts are 224% stiffer than the 15mm thick masts (most other foils on the market). It's even stiffer and any other carbon mast on the market today. This gives you more control and fast input from your feet to the front wing. The 900mm mast is the choice of big wave enthusiasts and tow-ins, when combined with the 680mm front wing. It's also the choice of downwinder pros when competing in open ocean swell. Flat, loose and fast, the new S208 Stabilizer is another high performance upgrade to the Sonar Foil System for experienced riders. The S208 has a higher aspect ratio than the S210, which means less drag, and the flatter rondure (front view) enables more manoeuvrability. As we’ve increased our front wing range, we’ve needed to match the lift force of the front wing with the stabilizer. While your front wing creates vertical lift, your stabilizer has a downward acting force, which prevents the front wing from nose-diving. A larger stabilizer translates into more front foot pressure, while a smaller stabilizer equals less front foot pressure. The North stabs are mounted on top of the fuselage, which helps them to avoid turbulence from the flow of the front wing, creating a smoother ride. This top mounting also gives the rider an early breach warning - the stab pierces the water surface first, giving you a better chance of recovery before your front wing gets too high. Like the Front Wings, all Sonar Stabilizers are pre-preg carbon construction, ensuring optimal stiffness and direct performance. The thin profile section reduces drag, while the material properties help maintain structural integrity and rigidity. Stabs have a huge influence on performance. As you progress to smaller wing sizes, we recommend changing to a smaller stabilizer to be more manoeuvrable. Experienced riders will really feel the difference.
