The AXIS Foil Plate mount is made with high grade Aluminium, 3d CNCed and anodized. This is not your off the shelf plate mount. This is a beautifully engineered and very stiff piece, designed to hold the mast of your foil tightly and strongly. Multiple holes give you flexibility with positioning on your foil board. And the sliding endings, let you remove the plate by just loosening the screws, w/out having to fully unscrew the M8 bolts from your board.As with all of our products, this plate is Designed in New Zealand.

Designed for our entire foil line, the AXIS masts are stiff, strong, and ready for any use and conditions. We designed our masts for 2021 to give our foilers a very direct feeling to their foil which is critical for foiling. We even sourced our own high quality aluminium and bought tons of it, to ensure we only have the highest quality raw materials for our foils. Our masts are 224% stiffer than the 15mm thick masts (most other foils on the market). It's even stiffer and any other carbon mast on the market today. This gives you more control and fast input from your feet to the front wing. The 750mm mast is mostly used on bigger surf, downwinders and more advanced riding or as a surfy option for kite foiling. Other mast sizes available: 450mm (15.7 inches), 600mm (23.6 inches), 680mm (26.6 inches), 750mm (29.5 inches), 1050mm (41.3 inches)

The original PNG 1300, introduced in 2020, was a groundbreaking foil, with its impressive 1300mm wingspan and a high aspect ratio of 9.94; a foil that is not only large in surface area but also remarkably efficient and fast; a foil way ahead of its time and extremely popular in the recent seasons.The advent of the downwind foiling discipline saw the PNG 1300 become the go-to foil for beginners entering the challenging world of downwind. Its exceptionally low stall speed enables early take-off, while impressive glide, acceleration and controlled speed has allowed riders to connect bumps and maintain momentum in weak to moderate swell and wind conditions. Its intuitive pumping characteristics make it easy to recover from mistakes and navigate, even if you’re not yet skilled in the art of finding the perfect line to link the bumps.When developing the AXIS PNG 1300v2, we were determined not to compromise on any of these outstanding features. We have succeeded in enhancing every detail and adding a few more you wouldn’t imagine possible on a wing of this size.The completely reimagined new PNG 1300v2 now runs on our Black fuselage series (we recommend our latest Black Advance+ range).The AXIS PNG 1300v2 boasts low stall speeds, lower drag, better acceleration, better turning and a significantly higher top-end speed –  thanks to its finely tuned High Camber (High-lift) / Low-drag foil section.The PNG 1300v2 has reduced surface area (1632 sq cm) compared to the previous PNG 1300 (1712 sq cm), but with the addition of its new foil section, it achieves the same capacity for early lift.Vastly improved turning and a balanced lift distribution ensure a smooth, stable and comfortable ride, with predictable pitch control that makes navigating between bumps and pumping a breeze.This stability is crucial for light wind or novice downwinders, offering a more agile manoeuvrable experience than the original PNG 1300. We’ve also extended its glide range, for unlocking new distances and manoeuvres when pumping flat water. You’ll be amazed at how much further you can glide between pumps without losing speed or height.All these features make the AXIS PNG 1300v2 an amazing addition for dock starters, of all levels. The lower drag, improved glide and reduced stall speed are fantastic for those who are progressing and have found that the bigger slow wings are just not much fun anymore.Use the PNG 1300v2 for SUP/Prone surfing when in smaller or lower energy surf. This design sees the mast position advanced 60mm closer to the front foil (compared to our regular fuselages), opening up entirely new options for surf performance. Our Current Black fuselage range is perfectly suited to the majority of riders across all disciplines, while these new Black ADVANCE+ fuselages are not intended to replace them but provide options for performance and a more connected feel when pushing the limits. If you are an intermediate or expert surf / wave foiler, this could be a great upgrade for you. A consideration when moving the mast position on the fuselage forward is that the effective length of the rear fuselage back to the rear stabilizing foil is increased by the distance the mast moves forward. When choosing your Advance Black Fuselage, it’s advisable to take this into consideration and perhaps opt for a length shorter than you are used to using. If you’re currently using an Ultrashort, you might consider the Crazyshort instead. Available in Short, Ultrashort, Crazyshort and Sillyshort  and Psychoshort (just 520mm). Compared to our Standard Black fuselage range, the Advance+ provide a looser, faster transition from side-to-side. The sensation our testers liked it for is similar to the sensation of moving fins forward in the tracks on a surfboard, initiating turns becomes easier, which is great in the surf. There is a small trade-off, this ease of turning comes as at the expense of some tracking and speed stability. (So expect to have a small effect on upwind ability when winging and a need to adjust pumping technique slightly. If you are into ultra high speed big wave riding, you should consider the regular black fuselages instead).With the mast set further forward on the fuselage, your baseplate position needs to be further forward in the boxes to position the wings in the same position as the normal Black fuselageIn an effort to reduce our cardboard footprint, these new Black ADVANCE+ fuselages come with our new custom fuselage protective covers, and no paper / cardboard boxes. 

Imagine a dedicated surf foiling wing, that lets you foil waves like a surfer would. If you’re anything like us, you’ve been dreaming of an effortless turning wing, that inspires confidence when dropping in, that has a gentle, predictable easy lift up onto foil. A foil that not only handles breaches but encourages them. No wave is the same, sometimes you need a turn of speed, and on another, you need to slow right down but stay on foil. A wing you can just forget about and get on with the business of enjoying yourself. Of course, that wing has to be capable of pumping you back out to do it all again and again. The wait is over, meet the AXIS Spitfire. You’ll recognise it by its distinctive elliptical outline, straight median line and lack of aggressive turndown through the tips. Moderate chord lengths, that taper smoothly from the centre to the tips, encourage smooth, predictable but precise turning. Reduced foil thickness for enhanced top end to compliment the greater chords providing easy low end.Many of these attributes are shared by the ARTPRO Range of wings, and in fact much of what we learned in the development of that line fed into the Spitfire’s make-up. Through the development process, we put the Spitfire through its paces. The smaller sizes are fast with explosive turning. The larger sizes are great for smaller spots and larger riders. The Spitfires are versatile front wings, able to ride waves or flat water across prone, SUP, winging, wake, downwind, lake pumping and kite foiling disciplines. They do it all. Spitfire 720 This small high-performance surf wing bridges the gap between prone foil and tow foil. A wing that gives you full confidence to charge the bigger, steeper waves and execute surfing manoeuvres in critical parts of the waves that were previously not possible on a foil board. It has predictable rail-to-rail behaviour allowing you to input much more energy into your carves than ever before. The Spitfire 720 is also designed for high-performance, full-powered wingfoiling, suitable for both the waves and freestyle.
