WINGFOIL CONSTRUCTION The forces found in Wingfoiling are like no other board sport. Standard constructions simply don't cut it, and as such we have developed a specific wingfoil construction. With a lightweight EPS core the board utilizes a durable composite construction with Bamboo and uni-directional double stringers to withstand these forces. RECESSED CONCAVE DECK The large recess in the deck allows for increased volume distribution in the tips of the board to help with early starts, it also brings your feet closer to the top of the foil for increased reactivity and response when riding or in maneuvers. RAIL CHINES The straight edge rails of the Swift not only help in the initial forward drive you feel when getting up and going, but also really help during carves and turns, especially on waves where the rail may touch the water. The clean edge provides new levels of water release. V NOSE SHAPE The smooth V-nose shape to planing surface allows for an incredibly efficient glide through the water leading to minimal resistance take-offs. TUCKED IN TAIL The swift utilizes a pulled in kick tail design which allows for better efficiency through the water and helps the swift lift off the water with ease. This delivers maximum maneuverability, for the most fun on and above the water. Feather boards have been designed with one simple objective: to be as easy and fun as possible. To achieve this goal we focused on keeping only the absolute minimum necessary on the board, that means the boards are as short as possible while having as much volume as possible, you then get the floatation for low speed starts while having minimal swing weight when riding for easy turns. We have also positioned our foil box in order to allow you to stand closer to the nose of the board to again minimize the swing weight and ensure a very balanced platform when you ride. If the two smaller models are clearly designed to be sinker boards, they still share the great attribute of the whole range. WHAT'S NEW Shorter and thicker shapes All boards have been re-designed with a new, even more compact shape. They have become shorter to provide absolute minimum swing weight and inertia, making the board even more maneuverable. You’ll be amazed at what a few inches shorter can add to the amount of fun when riding! Foil boxes further forward for reduced swing weight The foil boxes have also been repositioned slightly further forward to get an even more centered stance on the board. Not only are the boards smaller, but you are also standing closer to the nose for less swing weight. Increased concave on deck The concave in the deck has also been increased for a more locked in position when you’re on your knees on the board or standing.

FOIL CONSTRUCTION   50K CLOSED CELL FOAM It all starts with the core and every board we make starts with a foam core of our very own 50K closed cell foam. This foam is formalized exclusively for us, it is not used in any other board in the market. The foam can withstand 50.000 kg per square meter, while staying very light, and most of all very flexible. Another plus of our 50K foam is that it is closed cell, meaning that the foam will not take in water, and the board will not blow out when it gets hot.   100% CARBON FIBER CONSTRUCTION All our foil boards are produced in our 100% carbon fiber construction. You want carbon fiber in a foil board for its stiffness and strength. A stiff board will give you the best control and response from the foil. Also stiffness will make pumping the foil much more effective. With carbon fiber we are able to make the board extremely strong while really light at the same time. The most stress in a foil board is in the connection of the foil to the board. So this is where we put extra care and attention to make it the strongest connection available. The foil mount is CNC cut with the board, for the highest precision. We only use FUTURES oneshot boxes as they are the strongest in the industry.  The boxes are placed in a panel of ultra high density PET honeycomb. This PET honeycomb itself is sandwiched in carbon again. Meaning there is carbon fiber both inside the board and outside. The honeycombs open structure ensures a solid connection between inside and outside, fusing everything together into a solid block. Our lamination is completely different as well. We use a vacuum technique developed in house, where we layer all the carbon fiber, and reinforcements on the board dry. Then we extract all the air from the bag and inject the epoxy resin under pressure. This results in the tightest lamination possible, with the best ration between fiber and epoxy. It also gives 100% connection to the core so the boards do not delaminate. Extra patches under the feet prevent heel denting. Inserts in our foil range are made from blocks of high density material. And can be customized position wise.
