FULL AIRFOIL The full centre section airfoil increases the low end power helping you get up and going with minimal effort. SIZE MATTERS The small sizes excel in high winds due to the reactive sheeting, where are as the larger 6/7/8m were designed with lighter winds in mind to get you up and riding when most are sitting on the beach. CONVEX STRUT The Convex support strut on the Mantis V3 provides a stiffer and more reactive connection between the rider and wing. 20/20 VISION A refined window layout, made from weather resistant TPU provides increased visibility when riding. TIP TWIST Progressive tip twist as the sizing increases in the Vision range helps keep sheeting relative and responsive no matter what size wing you ride. NANO RIPSTOP Nano Ripstop is a 55 g/m2 material with a 3mm double rip stop pattern. This micro rip stop material in unison with a newly developed coating, has given us a 2X increase in the canopy’s tear strength. A smaller rip stop pattern increases the amount of “cells” in any given panel. KEYLOCK ANGLED HANDLE ATTACHMENTS Indexing attachment points lock down the composite handles eliminating any rotation at each connection point. The culmination is the most rigid, direct handle design to date. 2 X SPRINT Two sprint valves connection the Stiff Strut to the Leading edge allow for increased airflow to aid in both inflating and pack down. TE LOAD DISTRIBUTOR The TE load distributor increases wing durability while robustly helping distribute wing tension throughout the trailing edge. The abrasive material stops scuffing while the wing rests on land. PURE IMPULSE FRONT HANDLE V2 Expanding on the composite handle design, the all new Pure Impulse Front Handle gives the strongest, most direct LE control and handling in the market. The FBC Long Length Wing Foiling Leash. Designed for riders using big wings or that prefer a long leash. comes supplied with a swivel karabina. DescriptionOur FBC Wing Leash & Karabina ‘Long Length’ is specifically designed to be used with bigger wings, or riders preferring longer leashes. It features our unique anti-snatch dynaema technology that soaks up the pressure created when you release the wing. Couple our leash with the included swivel karabina and you have the ultimate wing foiling leash. Our FBC leash is available in two lengths. This is standard length and long length. The standard length wing foil leash is 140cm, and the long leash is 170cm. When we were designing our wing leash it was apparent how important it was to think about both the construction of the leash and the length of the leash. These two features of its design dictate its usability and performance. After a lot of testing we decided that the best construction of the leash was to use a dynaema line, and inside the dynaema line a specific grade of bungee, the two work in perfect harmony offering this ‘anti snatch technology’ that the FBC Leashes are renowned for. The second design aspect of our Wing Leash is its length. We discovered that riders need two different lengths depending on both their preferences and wing size. Most, but not all, riders using wings bigger then 6m prefer the longer 170cm length. From testing we discovered this was largely due to the requirement for extra length when in the water manoeuvring the wing. With a smaller wing there is largely not the need for a longer leash length. The standard 140cm length is then preferred. This product works perfectly with our FBC Wing Waist Leash. Order the waist leash and then simply add the wing leash for additional wings. All of our FBC products have been designed by riders that live eat and breath foiling.
