To extend/retract bar length simply pull out cassettes on the bar-ends, rotate 180 degrees and snap back into place. The Navigator is designed with a comfortable ergonomic grip for a natural grasp and the tactile offset finger bar is slightly oval, so you can feel when the control bar is orientated correctly.
